JOB TITLE: Software Implementation Specialist/Trainer

Salary: Salary is between 45-55K. Schedule will be 2 weeks traveling one week home.

***These are permanent positions which require travel 75% of the year (195 work days) to customer sites throughout the United States.
We prefer these candidates live in the Phoenix area (or any neighboring areas: Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, Scottsdale, etc) but are willing to look in other states for the perfect candidate.
The perfect candidate will have a background in the school food service industry K-12 market with experience in Installing and Training school foodservice software.

PURPOSE OF POSITION: Effectively and efficiently installs and configures all aspects of SL-Tech software, trains customers on how to install, configure, setup and utilize software and hardware products. Primary Goals are department profitability and high degree of customer service satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provides installation of company Products and training of assigned staff to utilize company=E2=80=99s Products

Provides excellent customer service and ensures 100% customer satisfaction during the onsite and post installation and training

Develops quantifiable quality service index to measure level of success

Works closely with the Implementation Manager, to ensure that customer satisfaction is met by meeting or exceeding customer goals

Communicates the success and or issues of concern of each installation to the Implementation Manager and the Account Executive responsible for the account

Maintains and updates Installation and Training Outlines

Provides technical support as needed

Monitors 3rd party Technical Installation Team and works with their supervisor

Monitors each onsite

Manages onsite checklist and Customer Satisfaction Survey for every District

Prepares environment for installations

Installs company software Products

Installs POS hardware terminals and networked touch screens

Troubleshoots network issues and communicates issues to the appropriate personnel

Writes import scripts and queries to correct the data format of student records for each onsite

Adjusts extract filters, field control, etc.

Sets up and prepares training lab and learning environment on or off district site

Provides onsite training to assigned district personnel

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

Must be proficient in MS Windows 2000 & XP

Must be proficient with Microsoft Server 2000 & 2003

Must be proficient in SQL Server

Must possess basic data management skills in query writing, importing and exporting

Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must possess good problem solving skills and analytical skills

Must possess good listening skills

Must possess excellent Interpersonal Skills

Must be a team player

Must be solution and detailed oriented

Must be highly organized and self motivated

Ability to develop proficiency in the use of the company=E2=80=99s software and hardware

Ability to negotiate alternative solutions and know when to escalate a problem or ask for assistance

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS=09

Must have DSL or high speed Internet Access

Must have a valid driver=E2=80=99s license and the ability to personally rent a vehicle

Must live within 50 miles of a major airport

This position may require travel up to 75% of the year both in the air and ground travel

EDUCATION
Four-year degree (BA/BS) in Computer Science or Computer
Information Systems preferred or any combination of
experience, education and/or training that would provide the
required skills, knowledge, and abilities.

EXPERIENCE=09

3-5 years experience in installing and training a POS system, preferably in the K-12 school foodservice market, but a related market is acceptable.

3 =E2=80=935 years of experience in training groups of people
