Immediate need for Software Specialist for customer support for a 3 week assignment in the Charlotte area to begin ASAP. This project will include 120 hours of straight time with no overtime or weekend work. WFM/Bluempumkin consultant to reconfigure an existing WFM. Implement new ACD Queues, skills groups, CSR Assignment to Skill Groups. Work Existing problems with help desk. WFO Suite 4.6, Director Enterprise, WFOS Suite w/Advisor Express.
