LONG TERM ASSIGNMENT**NEED TO FILL IMMEDIATELY

Candidate will be using Salesforce.com to manage the fulfillment of orders received via the online sales and will be using InstantService to manage customer support requests that come into the Customer Care centers.
InstantService will also provide the =E2=80=9CLive Chat=E2=80=9D capabilities.

Candidate will be the application administrator for Salesforce.com and InstantService.
This will involve configuring screens, reports, and databases within those applications, so previous experience with Customer Care Center workflow management software and CRM software is a plus.

Light software development work might be involved.

SQL skills are required for building reports.

Business analysis skills are required for working with Customer Care to define business requirements that will translate into application configuration or reporting tasks within Salesforce.com and InstantService.

Candidate will also be managing the Enterprise Product Catalog that contains all of the Marketing content for service offers that are presented via the online sales channels.

Candidate will work closely with Marketing area to keep the content and offers up to date.

Candidate will also work closely with the software developers on our team to coordinate any marketing content changes with corresponding software changes.
