Title: Software Support AnalystStart Date: ASAPEnd Date: 50 weeks from start dateHours: 8 - 5 Location: Owings Mills, MDPay: $35/hrNote: The manager wrote: "A lot of the candidates we've seen so far do not have much experience supporting web-based applications; the majority seems to be skewed toward desktop/network support. Would it be possible to narrow the search to focus on web-based product support?" Description: Work with 4 to 5 others to provide Visa Member banks with first level functional and technical troubleshooting support for customers using the Visa back office applications. Approximately 50% of time will be spent responding to customer phone calls / e-mails, system administrator tasks and tracking customer issues. The other 50% will be spent trouble shooting and managing Member's technical problems.
