Description
A dynamic company in Rocklin, CA is seeking a people person who is a great problem solver and can use those skills to work as a Software Support Analyst. This company offers excellent opportunity for growth, and a fun work environment!

Your duties will include: providing technical support to customers, procedural functions, troubleshooting products, answering support calls, logging support cases, and resolving customer issues.

The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, and will have an associates degree in business or accounting. Must have excellent customer service skills, and be a team player.

This position supports a general accounting software package including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Inventory and Job Cost. This will give the candidate a good foundation to build on.

Experience with report writers, knowledge of relational databases, import and export functions, ODBC and SQL is a plus but not required.
