3 month Software Support Technician position starting in July.Are you a Desktop Support consultant with experience supporting software? This could be the summer job for you!Be a part of a small IT support team supporting the internal software for a leader in the education industry.

Experience/Skills
Day to day responsibilities will include:- Technical support (software based) with experience researching, reproducing and resolving technical issues.- Familiarity with various Internet browsers including Internet Explorer and FireFox- Familiarity with various operating systems including Windows 98 , NT , 2000 , Microsoft Exchange , Microsoft XP , and Vista as well as MAC OS 9 , OS X .- Ability to interface with technical and non-technical customer base.- Experience with call tracking database preferred- Experience with education market a plusIf you are interested and available July - October - please apply today.
