We are a Long Beach company and a market leader in salon and spa software.
We are friendly and supportive company that extends well beyond our customer service, and recognizes that everything starts with our greatest asset, our staff.

We are currently looking for someone to work in our Help Desk and Support group who is a good communicator, very social and loves a great work environment.

We need the following:

1 - Helpdesk Technician

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to work with clients and our team
- Ability to support our US and international customer base from our US Headquarters

We are looking for:

- The role requires the candidate to be highly competent in troubleshooting
- Software in the Windows environment experience
- Knowledge of PC hardware, networking and peripherals. POS software support to external clients is an advantage.
