The primary goal of the TSR is to provide application support to our clients. This application support may include an assessment of installation problems, connections problems, software-failure, training needs, etc.

Function as the first line of contact for clients
To grasp and maintain familiarity with all areas of product functionality relevant to solutions provided to our customers.
To become familiar with key areas of insurance industry practice
May be required to travel to client sites for training assignments

Additional Skills
Prior experience in the insurance industry (2+ years preferred)
Microsoft Access knowledge
The candidate should have strong verbal and written communication skills
