Description
Robert Half technology has been retained by a client to find a software support specialist with QA experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing application support, training and application testing. Additional tasks include coordination of application implementations and workflow, and preparation of technical documents and training materials. Also, the candidate will be responsible for coordination and/or facilitation of training classes along with design and creation of reports. A higher level candidate with experience in software configuration would be a plus. Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency with Access, Crystal Reports and SQL. SQL will be utilized for data analysis. Experience with Document Management Systems and all MS Office applications.

Experience/Skills
