Description
Our client based a fast growing computer company based in Burlington, NJ is seeking an experienced Help Desk support person specifically in the area of software support. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy and customer service skills. Responsibilities will include fielding incoming questions and issues from customers, troubleshoot and test application software, present resolutions and if needed escalate the issue to appropriate support group. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and strong telephone presence. Previous experience in Wholesale Distribution Industry or ERP software industry is desired. This position requires travel (50-75%) after training. Candidate will be travelling offsite to client sites (nationwide) to train them on proprietary system for 5 days and then fly back to home location. If interested please email Frank
