Description
Looking for a Entry level or Jr (1 yr experience) Software Tech Support Specialist. JOB DESCRIPTION: Duties are to provide first level technical support to the clients for desktop applications and system issues. The specialist is required to have good analytical skills to identify problems and to have the ability to resolve issues. Includes recording product related help desk issues, researching product issues, creating solutions for customers, training companies in the use of software. Ideal candidate has working knowledge of Win95/98/2k/xp, software programs, networking; understands software code (VB, SQL, Powerbuilder or Java); energetic and aggressive; team player; good customer service & troubleshooting skills; MCSE, MCP a plus. Local candidates only. Will undergo 3 week training period.df-tc
