Description
New Mexico based services organization is seeking multiple Helpdesk level II technicians. Responsibilities include taking technical and billing related calls in a high call volume environment. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions and excellent customer service to end users. Ideal candidate will have Helpdesk level II experience. Should have experience working in a high call volume environment (100+). Must have above average customer service skills. Experience dealing with software issues and with billing issues is a plus. Strong troubleshooting skills. Interviews will be conducted week of 2/4/08.
