Experience/Skills
**PREFER LOCAL CANDIDATES**
3 - 5 years of experience

Demonstrated analytical expertise in software component/system integration evaluation and troubleshooting

Knowledge performance/load testing

Ability to create and maintain automated test scripts

Quick Test Pro experience preferred but WinRunner or comparable tool acceptable

Ability to evaluate software viability and recommend its readiness for deployment
