Hiring Software Test Engineers to utilize their critical thinking and technical skills to help drive the companys success. Software Test Engineers have tremendous opportunity to influence early design decisions, set priorities and drive projects to completion.

Testers are involved in specification reviews, test planning, test case development, executing the tests, reporting bugs, functional and regression testing , driving hot-fixes to the live site, and more. The majority of our testing is web based so we are looking for those who possess testing experience with front end, backend, and automation skills, as well as strong SQL ability, scripting (JavaScript and/or VBScript) and coding skills (C# or C++ and PERL). Candidates must have sound problem resolution, judgment and decision-making skills.

Requirements:
? 3-4+ years of web testing
? Proven ability to design and implement complex technical solutions.
? Proven familiarity of test methodology. Experience with writing automated tests a plus.
? Experience in UI and usability testing.
? Proficient in programming concepts and web technologies (ASP.NET, VB.NET, C# and Scripting).
? Solid understanding of object oriented programming. Coding skills in (C# or C++) or equivalent
? Strong knowledge of SQL.
? Able to understand and translate functional requirements/specifications into working test plan and/or test cases as required.
? Ability to read and understand data models and relational databases.
? Excellent problem solving and strong communication skills.
? Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment.
? Bachelors' degree in Computer Science preferred.
