Robert Half Technology is seeking a Software Test Lead to join the Software Development Team of a Growing Software Consulting Firm located in Annapolis, MD.

Our client is a growing Software Development Consulting Firm in Annapolis, MD that is seeking an accomplished Test Lead. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing a software testing process as well as doing the hands-on testing. Experience with automated testing tools is highly desirable.

Experience/Skills
Candidates must meet the requirements below to be considered for position.

  • Analyzing requirements, designing and executing manual and automated test cases, test conditions.
  • Defect reporting and tracking -Mercury Quality Center, Test Director experience preferred.
  • Designing validation/test plans and test strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of industry standard testing methodologies, processes, and procedures
  • Experience with Automated test methodologies and Automation Frameworks is desired.
  • Participate in the design and planning of automated test architecture and implementations.
  • Strong team player who is proficient at time management and multitasking and is able to meet deadlines and handle changing priorities.
  • Metrics gathering, analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player who performs well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication/interpersonal skills and candidate must be customer service oriented.
