Description
Quality Assurance is a very unusual specialty in that it requires a desire to purposely break things and then suggest how to fix them so they don't break in the future. In this role, you will be trying to break the Company's construction-based software. This requires you to match wits with programmers and constantly try things that you think they may not have thought of that a customer might eventually attempt to do. Software testing might be the right career for you if you: -Are patient and measured in your approach to work -Enjoy looking for problems and ways to make things better - Can understand the business purpose of software and whether it is being achieved - Are highly organized, detail oriented, and a little 'nit-picky' - Like making lists and documenting things - Can figure out shortcuts for any testing that is frequent, lengthy, and repetitious. The following are some of the duties of our software testers: *Execute test plans and track results. *Work with programmers to identify solutions to problems. *Work with systems designers to develop test plans to verify software does what it is supposed to. *Help teach programmers how to effectively test their own work. *Work with the support department to verify problems reported by customers and report to programming a detailed analysis of the problem and possible solutions.

Requirements:
