-Must have 3+ years of software application training experience
-Must have 3+ years of Crystal Enterprise/Reports end user experience
-Must have 3+ years of Essbase/Hyperion reporting experience
- Must have Basic SQL knowledge and Data Warehouse experience
-Must have excellent writting and verbal communication skills
