Description
Support the Microsoft Solomon application, and provide some customization of same. Write reports based on specifications developed from personal interviews and research and perform database programming. Train users on systems, monitor and ensure the system operations are in conformance with specifications, and consult with management regarding needs for data, computers, and communications, and processing schedules. Monitor and report on limitations and capabilities of existing systems and capabilities required for data processing projects and projected workload, evaluate factors such as number of departments serviced, reporting formats required, volume of transactions, time requirements, and cost constraints, and need for security and access restrictions, and maintain administer customer relationship management system.

Experience/Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years MS Solomon 4.5 / Great Plains application and Crystal Reports 8.5 or better
  • MS SQL programming and MS SQL Server administration
