Description
NWN, a Cisco and Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a solutions engineer to join is in the IT industry. Due to our growing business, we require an IT professional to provide implementation and design work for our client base. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience with engineering consulting services for Windows 2000/2003, Windows XP, Active Directory, Exchange 5.5-2003, MS SQL Server 2000 and above, Backup Exec and Symantec. Must have the ability to establish and maintain a rapport with the user community. Possess self motivation skillsand the ability to learn new and different skills on the fly. Experience with LAN Ethernet networks, including TCP/IP and basic routing experience. NetApp and/or EMC experience preferred.


Essential Job Requirements
Able to architect and deploy complex configurations for advanced server/workstation solutions
Able to redesign and reengineer meta directory solutions; able to review and assess a complex directory services/application environment
Ability to perform advanced troubleshooting
Design and plan information technology architectures and security strategies that align with client's business goals.
Prior experience with a background; IT & business consulting, business transformation services, strategic outsourcing, and\ or total systems management services.
MCSE 2003 with Active Directory and Exchange
Strong Exchange and Exchange Technologies such as Archive, Mobile Devices and Clustering
Good knowledge of workstation SOE's and distribution
WAN knowledge desirable
SAN knowledge desirable
Citrix knowledge desirabledf-tc
