Position Description:

The Solution Manager Administrator is responsible for all Solution Manager activities and determining what parts of Solution Manager should be implemented for the Process Redesign and SAP Implementation Team for specific activities including:
. Determine a strategy on how Solution Manager should be utilized
. Set standards for implementing Solution Manager
. Install and configure Solution Manager
. Integrate Solution Manager with other Technologies (e.g. Helpdesk)
. Research and stay current on Solution Manager technology
40% - Determine Solution Manager usage, set standards and implement those standards. Will need to work across multiple teams to determine requirements necessary for implementation.

30% - Support project and process teams as needed

25% - Provide ongoing support and improvements for Solution Manager

5%- Stay current on Solution Manager

Experience/Skills
Required:
. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of technical experience with SAP Basis OR 12+ years of technical experience
. Certified in SAP Basis
. Multi-year experience in database and system administration - specifically: Oracle and IBM AIX
. Familiarity with database concepts, database management tools and techniques, and testing and optimization methods
. Excellent planning, organization and communication skills
. Business fluency in English
Preferred:
. Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Management Information Systems or other technical field
. Understanding of Integration across SAP systems and components, including NetWeaver
. Prior implementation and support of SAP Solution Manager
