Description
The Solutions Analyst position is a fantastic opportunity to learn and apply IT technical skills in a team environment while learning more about the healthcare insurance industry. The Solutions Analyst must review and understand customer business and technical requirements for functional areas to ensure that the technical solution meets the customer needs on MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems) implementation projects. This individual will assume a variety of responsibilities that pave the way towards becoming a subject matter expert for the specific area of project assignment. Career advancement opportunities are available as the individual becomes more knowledgeable about the organization, Management Information Systems that support state Medicaid insurance programs, and the methodology applied by all ACS MMIS implementation project teams.

Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for ensuring the technical solution meets the customer's technical requirements
Assist in completion of all project deliverables for assigned area
Develop a thorough understanding of the Enterprise MMIS Product's technical design and architecture for assigned project areas.
Participate in joint application design (JAD) sessions with the client and other team members (25% Travel)
Work jointly with the customer to document Requirements, General Design, Detail Design specifications
Configure the Enterprise MMIS product based on customer requirements/specifications
Work with Data Modelers and Database Administrators to make appropriate changes to the Data Model and logical database design through appropriate change control procedures
Coordinate, schedule, facilitate and execute all meetings with the Enterprise MMIS Product Team
Responsible for Technical Design Documentation
Assist in the prompt resolution of all system defects
Assist with test planning activitiesdf-tc
