This effort gives them invaluable insight into how variations in loyalty program design affect customers' behavior and, ultimately, the success of client programs.

Solutions Analyst

Create Functional Design documentation including, but not limited to:
a. High-level business and system requirements documents b. Interface Design Documents (Batch and XML); c. User Interface Design Documents (Web, Oracle Forms, IVRU)

Serve as liaison between Client/Sales/Account Management and IT.

Serve as functional design and program subject matter expert during technical design, build and QA.

Experience/Skills
2+ years of experience needed in the following skills (ranked in order
of importance):

Relational database experience, especially using SQL. Must understand basic data-modeling and database concepts

Systems Analyst Experience - ability to document the business requirements and system requirements/implications for this engagement

Batch and XML integration experience

Web and User Interface design experience

Experience with web applications, preferably hands-on development

Excellent Client interfacing skills including proven oral and written communication skills.

Estimating experience and experience in creating solutions/designs

Microsoft Project and Visio as well as TOAD experience (used daily)

Significant technical writing/documentation experience

Basic understanding of batch file transfer and load

Meeting facilitation experience with both internal and external users.

Oracle Forms experience is a plus
