Description
A large located in New Jersey is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their Research and Development technical team. The Solutions Architect will work closely with clients in both office and laboratory environments in architecting and supporting a large, heterogeneous, matrixed IT infrastructure. Specifically, the successful candidate will support large-scale systems in a high performance computing environment, architect and administer enterprise backup and recovery systems, work with business clients and application developers to ensure that systems and infrastructure effectively support business needs, engage in project management activities (forecasting, project tracking, documentation, etc.), and prioritize and deliver multiple projects concurrently.If you are interested in applying for this position, please forward a copy of your resume in MS Word format to john.fox@rht.comdf-tc

Experience/Skills
- Bachelor's Degree required- Strong systems administration and architecture experience with multiple operating systems including Linux, Unix, and Windows required- Demon started experience supporting large-scale servers in a large, heterogeneous IT environment required- Strong working knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery with Veritas NetBackup required- Experience working with 100TB data systems required- Demonstrated project management skills required- Strong knowledge of authentication systems including LDAP,Active Directory and Kerberos required- Experience working in an R&D environment preferred
