Structure Networks is a consulting firm and industry leader, partnering with fortune 100 companies in the greater Los Angles area. We have a 3-6 month project available for a Solutions Architect in Orange County.

Position: Solutions Architect
Duration: 3-6 months
Location: central Orange County

Project description: Project goal is to deliver 900+ seats of Genesys 7.0 and Witness Systems QA product in a call center environment. Company will be working with Genesys Voice platform and Workforce Management. This is a Nortel environment for the PBX?s. For LAN/WAN, the company uses Cisco products.

In relation to the above described project the Solution Architect will diagram PBX/ACD connectivity to call center components and mainframe interfacing.
