Description
TRASYS, Inc. is currently seeking a Solutions Architect (Health Care HL7) for a Contract to Hire position, Candidate can be located anywhere in the US.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Have in-depth understanding of entire product line architectures, in order to develop integrated solutions for our customers
Generate solution architectures, based on customer needs and other constraints such as cost, schedule, RFP/RFQ requirements, etc.
Produce designs of complex IT systems, including requirements discovery and analysis, formulation of solution context, identification of solution alternatives and their assessment, technology selection, and design configuration
Effectively communicate solutions to the customer in proposal form and/or oral presentations.
Responsible for scoping the effort required to implement the solution. Interfaces with other product/development directors as needed.
Assist sales and business development in demand creation for products and services.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
•Extensive technical breadth through experience in areas of systems integration, decision support systems, database design, custom development lifecycle, complex solutions deployment, data management
•Experience in Health Care Systems
•Extensive understanding of large-scale and enterprise IT solutions.
•Experience with Health Care Standards, such as HL7, CCHIT, IHE
•Broad knowledge and experience of all layers of the modern IT technology stack, including hardware, operation systems, network, application frameworks, database systems, vendor solutions and industry trends.
•Working knowledge of network security, data protection and encryption, secure application and other best security practices.
•Location: Anywhere

Travel: At least 25%, although there are periods of 100% as needed for support of proposal effortsdf-tc
