Position Summary:

Prepare detailed analysis of customer?s present business processes by conducting client interviews, validating current flow, and developing automated flow charts detailing process steps, handoffs and decision points. Document the procedures and job skills required to perform the functions.

Principal Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the Solutions Consultant is to collect, analyze, validate and document the customer?s business requirements and functional specifications for the Implementation Team.

Specifically, the Solutions Consultant:

1) Interprets and translates Customer business needs, determines required information, gathers appropriately, and completes assessment
2) Identifies requirement dependencies, eliminates redundancies
3) Communicates effectively with project team, using use cases, visual diagrams, flow charts, etc. partners with business units to gain agreement and ensure adherence to requirements
4) Establishes common definitions and terminology
5) Partners with Information Services to ensure technical design supports requirements
6) Supports testing effort by defining use cases assists with test plan and test case development accountable for requirements trace-ability.
7)Solution Consultants also work with Sales in a pre-Sales capacity to evaluate a prospect?s business and solution needs to ensure that the Kronos products are a good fit for the prospect.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years experience as a consultant in a related industry
- 2+ years of supervisory or management experience
- Experience as an HRMS consultant
- Knowledge of Human Resources and Payroll practices
- Familiarity with HR, Payroll and Time and Labor systems
- Strong client and team lead skills
- Proven ability to managing multiple client relationships and projects
- Experience managing large scale systems implementations
- Successful track record of completing projects on time and per plan
- Experience in implementing web-based technologies
- Experience utilizing Oracle & SQL relational databases
- Excellent problem resolution and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 75%df-tc
