Title: Solutions Consultant
Salary: 75 - 90K + bonus
Purpose:

Develop PS NAM Business Consultancy engagement practice for assigned
territory or segment

Responsibilities:

-Sell to senior business managers
-Engage and partner with clients to jointly develop their IT Strategy and
Infrastructure Architecture
-Identify solutions that address client key business drivers and challenges.
Enumerate and articulate TCO and ROI supporting investments in strategic IT
solutions.
-Refocus customers on their core business to position cost effectiveness and
value add of Company professional services to supplement internal processes
and resources.
-Through consultative engagement partnerships, position Company as vendor of
choice to influence or pre-empt issuance of client RFPs.
-Monitor and manage client relationships and status of ongoing engagements.
Rapidly assimilate and effectively utilize knowledge of Company Products &
Services

Skills/Experience/Qualifications:

Ability to:
-Engage and partner with clients to jointly develop their IT Strategy and
Infrastructure Architecture
-Recognize and assess client key business drivers and challenges.
Lead development of integrated solutions to address clients' business
challenges
-Quantify and articulate costs/benefits of investments in strategic IT
solutions.
-Develop level of credibility that positions Company to collaborate on
construction of client Business Cases
-Ability to develop TCO, and risk assessment documentation, which supports
solution investment and quantifies bottom-line ROI.
-Produce high quality written materials: Proposals, Business Cases, and
Organization Plans, etc.
-Develop level of credibility that positions incumbent to collaborate on
client Business Cases
-Identify and develop key partner and vendor relationships to maximize
-Company's ability to provide total integrated solutions to prospects and
clients
-Understanding of key business processes and supporting applications
Ability to position the value proposition of Company Products & Services
Strong background in business consulting, process analysis design and
improvement, and development of technology based business solutions.
-Industry expertise in one or more of the market segment: e.g. Plus - Financial
Services, Pharmaceuticals, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas.Outstanding verbal,
written, and presentation skills with track record of effective Executive
Management communication.
-Degree in relevant technical field required, MBA desired
Track record developing and managing a consulting practice.
-Creativity, flexibility, and openness to alternative technical and
commercial approaches
-Able to develop and execute a clear and concise business plan to achieve
assigned industry segment or territory targets, including revenue and/or
gross margin.
