Solutions Delivery Manager



Summary:

The Solution Delivery Manager is in charge of a team of Solution Delivery Specialists and is responsible for all aspects of delivery of advanced business intelligence products and solutions. This role combines the ability to uncover and analyze customer business requirements with the ability to lead a team that implements complex integrated software solutions to address those needs.



Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility of embedding advanced business intelligence solutions into customers’ environment

• End-to-end management and ownership of business solutions projects

• Assume all managerial duties for a team of delivery specialists, including recruiting, coaching and training, appraisals and administrative management tasks.

• Support and help build and define the relevant tools and processes required for the team’s operations.

• Provide expertise support during pre/post sales process

• Extract, manipulate and analyze customer data/interactions, trends, and present this information and recommendation to the necessary decision makers

• Delivery of high quality and professional solution (documentation, presentations, on-site implementation)

• Work with internal departments on project definition & implementation.

• Support delivery of customized projects





Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.

• Three years or more of consulting experience working with customers to analyze business needs, develop and implement solutions.

• Excellent data analysis, analytical and reporting design skills.

• Experience in Contact Center environment.

• Proven experience interacting with enterprise customers/solutions.

• Database and SQL language experience preferred.



Knowledge and Skills:

• Solid understanding of technology and its implementation for business use.

• Strong written and oral communications skills.

• Strong presentation skills.

• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as a team member.

• Ability and willingness to travel 60% - 80% of the time.

$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 Annually
