We have an immediate need for a Solutions Engineer/Entry Level (PMI)

JOB DESCRIPTION
Solutions Engineer must be a generalist with a strong understanding (but not limited to) of the following

• TCP/IP communications including Firewalls, switching, routing, load balancing, etc
• Best practice application deployment, ie, 3 tier Web apps, directory services, etc
• Best practice use of DMZ mediation to provide security
• A solid understanding of the deployment, proper use, and strong troubleshooting of the following (but not limited to)
  Windows 2000/2003
  RHEL Linux 4.x, 5.x
  HPUX
  VMware

- Candidate should have a basic understanding of database's and their proper use
- Candidate must have leadership qualities, with the ability to direct and lead several different teams on multiple projects in parallel
- Candidate must be comfortable working on many projects, all in different phases, all in parallel
- Candidate must have strong communication skills both oral and written
- Candidate must display strong design/documentation abilities with tools such MS Visio, MS Word, MS Excel

Some week end coverage will be needed for this 12 month contract opening.
