Description
Responsibilities:
. Cultivate relationships with and strategically influence technical decision-makers
. Independently develop demos for use in sales situations, and POC's that will address customer pain-points with iPhrase solutions
. Provide answers to prospects and salespeople's product questions, assist in preparation of proposals
. Scope, design and document technical projects
. Solve complex sales support problems quickly and creatively
. Communicate interdepartmentally with Professional Services to ensure smooth customer hand-off between sale and deployment, and Product Management to provide feedback on customer requirements for product development

Experience/Skills
. BS or BA in business, computer science or engineering
. 7+ years experience as a Software Engineer or Consultant
. Ability to communicate clearly to a wide range of audiences, from business to technical
. Proficiency with web design (jsp, .net, xml/xslt and html), database configuration (Oracle and SQL server for Windows and Unix)
. Experience with Regular Expression/Scripting, preferably with Python
