.Clear understanding of WAN
.Understand 1st level of co-location, High Availability, disk replication, EMC product line
.Understand Business Continuity Planning / Consulting Services / Software
.Managed hosting background is a plus but not required
.Working knowledge of multiple platforms, H/W and the services wrapped around each (SUN, UNIX, HP, AS400, IBM etc.)
.Understand sales support pre and post sales.
.Go out on sales/client appointments
fortable with white board presentations (diagram DR plan for client and be able to explain clearly to client at C-level.
