Description
Position: The Solutions Specialist is responsible for presenting solution offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in functionality and technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. This position will support the pre-sales efforts of the direct and indirect sales teams. The position requires understanding the needs of direct customers and channel partners and translating those needs into a presentation including a demonstration of functional and technical capabilities.

Responsibilities

. Understand the customer need and establish as the best solution that addresses that need develop and present customized demos including ones tailored for specific industries or channels
. Present technology infrastructure, including demonstrating familiarity with ERP functionality, security and availability capabilities
. Attain quarterly and annual objectives assigned by management
. Respond effectively to RFPs

Experience/Skills
Requirements

. High degree of passion and ability to evangelize an idea or concept
. Bachelor's degree required preferably in Finance, Computer Science, or MIS
. 3+ years experience in pre-sales for an applications software company, ERP preferred
. 3+ years of accounting experience; Inventory Control, Purchasing and Order Management experience highly desirable
. Familiar with Internet application software
. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
. Ability to work in a team environment
. Self starter and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
. Willingness to travel

Compensation
$85 K - $105 K - Total Comp. $130K - $140K
