Description
Our client, a financial services organization, is looking for an experienced Sourcing Development Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Procure to Pay Development is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join its P2P development team. The individual will report to the head of P2P Development. They will be responsible for the support, maintenance and enhancements to the Frictionless Commerce sourcing platform. Responsibilities include working with internal customers to map business needs to technical requirements, implementing technical enhancements, rolling out to new departments and divisions providing day-to-day technical support, integration with Oracle Financials and other systems.

The position will contribute to all phases of software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis and development through deployment, and daily operation and life cycle support of the Frictionless Commerce solution set. Ensure projects are delivered to the agreed quality, delivery date, and cost targets. Develop, communicate, and maintain project related documentation and information. Provide communication and liaison between cross-functional teams and organizations. Manage third-party suppliers and OEM integration. Take part in technical reviews and problem solving activities. Specification writing.

REQUIREMENTS:

Experience - Minimum 5 years experience in an application development role working in a financial services company is required.

Skills - Java, XML, Oracle, PL/SQL, Autosys, Unix, J2EE. General project planning and project management skills; familiar with systems implementation project life cycle; strong analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills; understanding of workflow technology concepts and comfortable discussing procure to pay processes; working knowledge of the Ariba Spend Management platform and Oracle Financials or aptitude for learning these skills.
