We are adding a Sourcing Recruiter to our team in Waukesha, WI.



The Sourcing Recruiter will act as an internal search agent to our field recruitment team which spans across 6 states in the Midwest (WI, MN, IL, OH, MI, & IN). This individual is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for technical and other positions related to Berbee’s business. The “Sourcer” will work directly with recruiters on the initial phases of recruiting, including first contact, research, sourcing, qualifying, and interviewing candidates.



This position will be part of the team in our Cincinnati Office, which covers all of Central/Southern Ohio and Kentucky. RESPONSIBILITIES:


The incumbent of this role will:

• Source technical candidates in a high volume, aggressive and professional manner.

• Proactively conduct research and stay abreast of new ideas to create a strong sourcing recruiting strategy.

• Develop knowledge of the marketplace, as well as relevant and current products, to ensure Berbee's competitiveness in hiring.

• Understand the needs and the priorities of the recruiting team for the types/ skill sets of candidates required to be placed.

• Assist recruiters to source candidates for high priority, active and proactive requisitions.

• Develop a large, diverse and technically qualified applicant pool from multiple sources including direct sourcing, competitive information, cold-calling, web sites, referrals, job fairs, advertising, networking, etc.

• Perform initial screening of prospective candidates for qualifications either via telephone, email or in person.

• Provide an overview of Berbee history/values/principles to potential candidates as well as information regarding compensation and benefits to ensure the candidate is well informed and to promote a positive company image.

• Track applicant progress through the interviewing/hiring process in the PROHIRE applicant tracking system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.

• Provide feedback to the recruitment team regarding status of positions with regard to sourcing efforts.

Be expected to make 100+ contact attempts per week.

• This position is a full time salaried role which will reside in our Waukesha WI office. The role requires limited travel.



QUALIFICATIONS:


• 1+ years of sourcing and/or recruiting experience in a technical environment.

• Bachelor's Degree. AIRS Recruiting or equivalent certifications desired.

• Knowledge and understanding of network and computer technologies.

• Proven experience developing staffing solutions in a technical, high volume recruiting environment.

• Strong knowledge of internet sourcing tools to source candidates.

• Experience cold calling candidates.

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with PROHIRE applicant tracking system is desirable.-Advanced knowledge of job boards and internet research.

• Exemplary written and oral communications skills.
