Job Title: Sourcing Specialist (Contract)

Description:
Provide sourcing recruiting support to identify and screen qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing requirements.

Job responsibilities:
Source, identify and propose candidates for international and domestic open positions
Conduct searches on existing candidate databases, as well as outside databases
Source active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, employee referrals
Develop new ideas to create sourcing strategies
Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, internet searches and research
Partner with recruiters to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process
Document and maintain resumes in applicant tracking systems

Qualifications:
1 to 3 years experience in recruiting/sourcing in corporate staffing or agency for wireless companies or equivalent
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Manage multiple priorities effectively/efficiently
Strong skills using: internet resources, resume databases, recruiting and search techniques such as Boolean
