Mandatory requirements

1. At least 1 year of knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining HP OV Service Center

2. At least 2 years of knowledge and experience in developing and maintaining Crystal Reports

3. At least 1 year of knowledge in developing and maintaining ITIL Fundamentals, specifically IT Service Support involving: Service Desk; Incident Management; Problem Management; Change Management; Release Management; and Configuration Management.

Non-Mandatory Requirements =E2=80=93 Desirable Skills and Experience

1. At least 1 year experience in programming with Visual Basic Version 6

2. At least 1 year hands-on experience with installation and setup of Server Software

3. At least 1 year hands-on experience with SQL Server 2000

4. At least 1 year hands-on experience with an Oracle 9 or higher database environmentdf-tc
