CDI has an exciting opportunity waiting for you! We are looking for exceptional people! We have an immediate need for a Specialty Developer.

Description: Develop and implement enhancements and changes to the Network Change Control toolset to make it the common change tool for all global infrastructures (server, storage, mainframe, and network). Provide tools support and training to new users of the tool throughout launches of functional areas. Update documentation of Change Control application configurations. Manage integration of Change Control tools and applications. Perform tools application troubleshooting. Test and implement tools systems and application patches. Collaborate with Change Control staff to identify, create, and implement automation and behavior models for improved management and reduction of manual processes.

Degree: B.S. Computer Science and or Engineering M.S. Computer Science and or Engineering (desirable)

Technical Skills (Must Have): 6+ years overall IT experience.
3+ years experience with UNIX, Perl scripting, CGI scripting, JavaScript, and Oracle database SQL programming (composing complicated queries).
Understanding of operations processes: fault, incident, configuration, and change management.
Structured software design and development in one or more of: C, C++, Java/J2EE
Familiar with XML parsing
Understanding of Web server administration: Apache, Netscape

Technical Skills (Nice to Have): Server administration experience with UNIX, Web, Oracle database.
Understanding of ITIL concepts, ITIL trained and certified is a plus.df-tc
