Are you a driven IT professional continuously looking for innovative ways to fine-tune processes and systems?

Our direct client in Oklahoma is looking for an IT Analyst II- Specialized Application Developer to join their team. This is a direct-hire opportunity. Candidates must be able to work in the US for any employer without sponsorship. Our client is unable to sponsor H1 visas.

Duties Include:
1. Perform business analysis to gather customer business requirements.
2. Prepare and maintain functional and technical specification documents.
3. Utilize Facility Focus development tools to design, implement and maintain processes that involve pages, menus, Application Engine, Perl, workflow, PL/SQL and interfaces.
4. Provide application support including system/batch monitoring and processing, handling user questions and queries, investigating and solving system problems, and providing on-call support services.
5. Develop SQL queries as needed to verify data in database tables.
6. Create or troubleshoot problems in Crystal Reports
7. Responsible for applying routine software maintenance packs or system upgrades.
8. Perform unit and system testing when needed.
9. Work with team leader, project managers, and colleagues to assure compatibility and consistency among various system modules and applications.
10. Responsible for communicating with vendors for system integration and to resolve system issues.

Experience/Skills
Required Skills:
. Should possess a diverse background in business and information technology with knowledge of industry best practices.
. Experience with Microsoft products such as Excel, Visio, Project, Sharepoint and Outlook would be very helpful.
. Any experience supporting a large Facility Management system including inventory, accounting, time management, work orders, utilities, space, etc. are a plus.
. Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business or Computer Science OR an equivalent combination of education/job related experience.
. 24 months significant experience supporting enterprise applications.
. Proficiency with SQL, PL/SQL, PERL, and MS Access is required as well as excellent analytical, technical, business, and organizational skills.
. Strong interpersonal skills are required to work with varying levels of hierarchy.
. Must be self-motivated, action-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment under varying time constraints.
