Explanation Statement

John Deere Harvester Works, in East Moline, IL, is seeking a Specification Analyst to create/process Engineering and Factory change decisions and update factory specifications. In this position, you will:

Create and process Engineering/Factory change decisions.
Update factory specifications.
Process daily error reports.
Perform audits for specification accuracy.
Provide specification expertise to support Engineering teams and factory functions.



Education

Miscellaneous degree or equivalent experience.
Required Skills and Experience

Experience using Microsoft Office applications, specifically Outlook, Word and Excel.
Good communication skills, written and verbal.
Desired Skills and Experience

Experience working in SAP.
Experience working in a Product Engineering environment.
Experience working in a Factory Operations environment.
Understanding of specification systems and decision release systems.
Knowledge of Product Delivery Process programs.
Work experience in a team environment.
Experience with engineering tools, systems and databases.
