Description
Serves as the principal client contact by assisting in management of the operations for a service area or smaller multiple service areas with variable levels of revenue generation. This may include profit and loss (P&L) accountability, resource allocation, problem resolution and budget efforts. Assists in the review and resolution of issues affecting Company compliance, legal requirements and customer/Company objectives. Provides interpretation of data and advice to senior SBU management. This supervisory position requires fundamental technical, communication and management skills and experience in overall administration/management functions, concepts and practices. This individual possesses and applies a fundamental knowledge of Company policies and procedures to difficult assignments. Tasks are of an advanced, non-routine nature. Works under general supervision and may be given functional responsibility for one or more specific areas, projects, contracts or divisions. This individual may have domestic or off-shore responsibility based on complexity or size of service area.

This individual is the primary contact for Client requests and questions. Must be able to adapt to a contintually changing environment and be able to communicate those changes to employees.

REPRESENTATIVE PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES*

Assists in directing and managing various daily operations of administrative/management or technical staff for one or more specialized functional areas within a given service area or smaller multiple service areas with variable revenue generation, to ensure performance standards are met/contract and project commitments adhered to.

May assume partial P&L responsibility for assigned clients/projects; provides input during budget development; assists in managing established budget consistent with project/ contract demands.

Assists in the determination of resource allocation levels to meet project/contract commitments.

Assists in analyzing workflow and assignments to ensure efficient/cost effective operations; assists in developing/implementing process, program or service improvement to meet such needs.

Assists and advises staff members in resolving problems and issues that arise with internal and external customers.

Coordinates/participates in the completion of all production standards and/or makes recommendations for improvements in overall production.

May assist senior staff in developing and marketing new client programs/service offerings.

Provides input and/or may participate in technical presentations/proposals on behalf of a given effort or related service offering.

Completes special projects as assigned.

Maintains awareness of developments in field of expertise to ensure skill set/knowledge base remain current.df-tc
