Dimension & Scope:

Delivery of superior technical services. Responsible for implementationa configurationplanningproblem analysisperformance and tuning of technical infrastructure. Provide technical consultation to business and resource units applications to ensure optimal performance associated with the hardwareapplicationdatabase and operating system environments. The Senior Analyst will be extensively involved in client facing work at an operations management level.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide installation and support for operating systems, and third party vendor software.Monitor and manage system performance.Provide direction, installation and support of Enterprise System Management including escalation and system performance of production platforms.Function as third-tier support for systems software, with escalation to vendor for hardware and software issue resolution.Develop and maintain plan to ensure successful recovery of operating systems environment in the event of a disaster according to Corporate Disaster Recovery Policy.Perform systems analysis and tuning to insure optimal operating systems response for multi-user, database server, and web server environments.Provide technology assessments in support of automation and technology migration initiatives.Recommend improvements, manage/maintain production and non-production systems to ensure infrastructure performs at maximum efficiency. Implement/maintain Corporate Data Security guidelines. Provide on-call technical support via pager as required.

Education & Professional Certifications:

Movement into TCPBachelor’s Degree in related technical disciplineAndFour years relevant experience Or Master’s Degree in related technical discipline AndMinimum two years relevant experienceOr Minimum eight years relevant experience without college degree.Movement within TCPMinimum two years experience in B2 Level TCP position.

Excellent oral and written communication skillsClear understanding of project’s role in meeting departmental objectivesAdvanced business knowledge and above average project management skillsAbility to work independently with little or no supervision on a complex projectExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsIncumbents at this level must be fully familiar with all aspects of information technologies including: hardware, software, operating systems, network protocols, etc.Frequent travel (50-90%) predominantly based onsite at client premises in the international market place.
