The Senior Analyst for HR Systems supports the PolyOne Human Resources function through SAP support and systems development activities, improving process efficiency and operational excellence. This position is responsible for delivering HR solutions through all phases of the project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment of solutions, production support/maintenance functions, as well as documentation and end-user training.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Own and drive technology design and implementation within SAP-HR and ancillary systems such as Enterprise eTime, Success Factors, and Vurv. Responsibilities include:
- technical validation of business process designs
- design and implementation of reports, interfaces and data conversions
- delivery of integrated technology platform
- documentation of SAP configuration
- ABAP program development
? Support HR processes by solving problems, including transactions that are not flowing correctly and resolving system coding or configuration bugs, answering basic "how to" questions enabling the user to continue their work, and using each support call as an opportunity to train the user on how to more effectively use SAP.
? Responsible for planning and delivery of post implementation support.
? Proactively collaborate with fellow IT team members on solving problems.
? Communication of issues, options for addressing the issues and status on projects with managers, peers and users in the business through oral and written, formal and informal settings as appropriate to the message and audience.
? Drive activities within assigned project tasks to meet project timelines, budget and quality.


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Education:
? Bachelors of Science degree in Computer Science or related business field.
