FUNCTION
The Senior Business Integration Analyst is responsible for delivery of configuration changes to the MM/PP/APO modules of SAP. The individual must be able to support all phases of a project life cycle including analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions, as well as documentation, and end-user training. The individual is an integral part of the MIS Matrix organization for various projects that they will be assigned to.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
As a member of the Configuration Team, is responsible for configuration of SAPs Materials Management Production Planning and APO modules, in support of requirements from the business community and projects. This includes SAP User Exits and solutions.
Responsible for timely delivery of system solutions, configuration and business process results within a project or enhancement request.
Business Process mapping of MM/PP/APO within a project and in support of business units.
Coordinate all integration efforts and issues related to Sales and Distribution, Finance, Business Warehouse, Development, and infrastructure.
Analyze and correct problems as they occur in the Production SAP system.
Liaison with SAP Technical Services to apply OSS notes, and any required upgrades.
Work Closely with the end-user security authorization administrator during development and implementation of end-user security objects.
Ensure consistency of SAP configuration across all business units.
Conduct presentations to client audiences and professional peers.
Communicates with colleagues, management and business unit(s) on requirements, problems, project status and issues.
Perform all administrative tasks associated with tracking projects components or support requests that are assigned by project management.
Mange other configuration and development team members on projects as determined by MIS management.
Formulates appropriate procedures/processes.
Participate in any system upgrade activities as planned by MIS management.
Provide high level of customer service to business units and groups.
Anticipates and resolves project and support services risks and obstacles recommends solutions.
Knowledge of SAP master and transactional data, including Bills of Material, User Exits, as well as interfaces to other modules.
Mastery level of knowledge with MM/PP, APO configuration including SAP structures, configuration standards, object dependencies and tables in version 4.6 environment. Familiarity/experience with SM, SD, FI/CO, CRM, ITS/Portal, BW, GATP, TP/VS are a plus. Minimum 4-5 years industry experience preferably in consumer products or high-tech.
B.Sc. degree is required.
Big 5 experience is a plus.
Excellent communication skills are required
