CCCi has an awesome opportunity for a Senior Business Process Analyst to work with a local client here in Charlotte . Candidate would be part of client s Business Process Management team working on analyzing business process requirements and complex business processes across the enterprise to help client departments and stakeholders identify process improvement opportunities and propose solutions. Will conduct feasibility studies, map cross functional technology processes to meet and understand business needs, evaluate and refine processes and present data collected and analyzed during these phases. Will manager process improvement projects and require high level understanding of client organization s business systems. Focus is on process analysis, change management, business process management, risk management, customer relationship management, process re-engineering, business requirements and functional/system requirements. Will create process change by integrating new processes with existing ones while communication these changes and impacts to business team members and stakeholders.
Requires minimum 5 years overall IT experience with Business Process and System Analysis projects. Minimum 5 years Business and Functional Requirements, Project Management, Change Management and Process Re-engineering. Requires Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Business and formal Business Process Management training. Must have Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
