Risk Labs, an Aon company located in Marietta, GA, is seeking a full-time Solutions Developer. This person will be responsible for developing and maintaining the core RMIS offering in Risk Control, including the creation of a standard report library and standard records and fields expected in RMIS. This person will also coordinate with Data Service, the creation of workflow around policy management, claims administration, and exposure management. This person will assist in the development of RMIS solutions for industry niches such as energy, financial services, and retail. This person will also serve as a consultant to Client Services and Business Development on the creation custom solutions for clients/prospects.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
. Ability to create solutions using relational databases such as Microsoft Access.
. Excellent report writing skills using Access or Crystal Reports.
. 3 years of experience working for a RMIS provider or 3 years as the client administrator for a RMIS.

EDUCATION and JOB SKILLS:
. Bachelor?s degree in Business with emphasis in Risk Management or Management Information Systems, or a degree in Information Technology.
. MS Office (including Word, Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint)
. Well-demonstrated written and oral skills.

PREFERRED SKILLS:
. Experience writing documentation for computer systems.
. Experience in a Systems/Business Analyst role.
. Experience with testing software applications.
. Experience with Oracle.
