JOB DESCRIPTION:
With minimum direct supervision, acts as a point of contact to manage the demonstration and delivery of risk management information services (eSolutions products) to achieve and support business strategies. This position will have territorial or vertical market responsibility to increase the market penetration in a defined universe of accounts, selling software to Fortunate 2000 corporate risk managers and CFOs.

JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Responsible for promotion and sales of risk management information system solutions
- Serves as liaison between eSolutions Group and Aon Risk Services
- Develop a good working relationship with internal and external client base to ensure successful product and solution delivery
- Maintains knowledge and awareness of changes occurring within technology, industry, legal and regulatory arenas which may impact product and solution effectiveness.
- maintain accurate records within business intelligence system to reflect client/prospect activity and history
- Develop and maintain plans with objectives and time frames for completion
- Work with client service to ensure customer satisfaction.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Understands and applies general principals of risk management
- Knowledge and experience of risk management information systems
- Track record of successful sales/production
- Strong presentation skills
- Organized self-starter and team player
- Excellent problem management skills
- Adept at business software use (MS Office suite, CRM & related tools)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

EDUCATION AND JOB SKILLS:
- Undergraduate degree from a four-year university
- 5+ years of progressive, demonstrable accomplishments in sales
- Large account sales experience
