Responsible for coordinating with co-workers in various departments as well as with vendors to ensure thorough implementation procedures are followed

Responsible for technical support of mission-critical databases including versions of Oracle from 8 to 10g and including Oracle RAC environments

Responsible for support of OEM, GRID

Responsible for maintaining strict change control policies

Responsible for documenting and retaining up-to-date documentation for all supported systems

Responsible for the highest tier level of support and managing escalated calls

Responsible for detail time reporting

Responsible for on-call duties, handled on a rotating basis
