Responsible for technical support of mission-critical databases including versions of SQL Server 2005 back to SQL Server 6.5, including clustered environments

Responsible for assisting with a troubleshooting DTS and SSIS

Responsible for backup/recover, security, ensuring end-user availability

Responsible for implementation of documented procedures for preventative maintenance routines

Responsible for coordinating with co-workers in various departments and as well as with vendors to ensure thorough implementation procedures are followed

Responsible for maintaining strict change control policies

Responsible for documenting and retaining up-to-date documentation for all supported systems

Responsible for detail time reporting

Responsible for providing technical advice, communication and documentation for project initiatives

Responsible for on-call duties, handled on a rotating basis
