Description
Senior Design Engineer

Job Description:
Design and develop circuits for wireless infrastructure products.
Design and develop firmware for embedded processors.
Perform testing of prototype and production systems.
Act a Project Manager for both internal and external product development programs.
Develop detailed product specifications and supporting design package documentation.
Perform root cause analysis on products or circuits as required.

Job Requirements:
BSEE required, MSEE preferred
Design Engineer with at least 10 years of experience in design of electronic circuits and modules.
Experience in embedded firmware design (C/C++)
Experience designing wireless communication products strongly preferred
Hands-on hardware design experience with GPS and cellular wireless devices desirable.
Experience designing products for the automotive market preferred.
Strong business communication skills.
Project management experience preferred.
Microsoft Office, Viewlogic design management tools or equivalent, digital signal integrity and timing analysis, embedded controller development and debug tools.
C/C++, Assembly language, VHDLdf-tc
