Description
BASIC FUNCTION: Domino Developer/Business Analyst that meets with individual clients to gather, understand and document requirements, create prototypes, workflows, and provide accurate estimates.

Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree with an emphasis in MIS, Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of certified Notes/Domino developer experience on Web Based applications. R5 and R6 Notes/Domino development, LotusScript, JavaScript, and HTML are all required. Additional experience of Notes administration, R5 to R6 upgrade project work, and experience with LDAP/Directory Assistance would be helpful. Excellent people, communication, and organizational skills as well as experience with solution delivery process, process and delivery documentation, and creation of Use Cases and testing are required. Designs, develops and tests program units; works on new systems development and enhancement/maintenance of existing systems; participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements. Prepares and updates documentation as appropriate. Participates in knowledge transfer to support team. A senior level person is the most experienced, with the widest range of experience in various size and types of projects that are relevant to the role. Typically 5 to 8 or more years in the role would be expected.
